First Amendment Auditing has grown into a cottage industry. Lawsuits stemming from the violation of auditors’ Constitutional rights are routinely resulting in costly settlements and judgments. Our training is designed to limit this risk.

We brought Leith to the University of Central Florida Police Department to provide this valuable training to our agency, recognizing that our officers are the most forward facing branch of government. My agency recently hosted Sgt. Harrell (ret.) for a training session on 1st amendment auditors. We were able to open this training to other agencies and approximately 140 officers and civilian police employees were able to attend and receive valuable instruction on this topic.
